There are many reasons to start practicing yoga. You might feel stiff, have an injury, want to get into shape, or relieve stress. But before you know it, you realise that yoga is so much more!

My classes will help you find your way home, and to get to know yourself. They will aid you in finding the stillness between two breaths, to create awareness, and to realise how good your body really is designed to feel! Yoga creates strength, balance, stability, and flexibility for life, both on and off the mat.
